Delivered ready to use, it’s compatible with existing plumbing and requires minimal installation time—with full installation services offered, including removal of your existing bath or trolley.
The Astor Multicare is engineered to minimise manual handling strain while maximising comfort and safety for both caregiver and patient. Height adjustment is quick and smooth, with the choice of an electric control handset or manual hydraulic foot pedal—ideal for adapting to different care environments or emergencies.
The Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg feature gives carers better control during treatment, improving circulation, drainage, or patient comfort based on clinical needs.
Its dual rocking-castor suspension system ensures a stable and gentle ride even across uneven floors—essential for transfers within clinical or residential facilities. Once in place, four lockable castors keep the trolley secure.
Constructed from powder-coated stainless steel with a laminated waterproof stretcher plate, the Multicare is made for longevity in humid or wet-room environments, outperforming standard mild steel alternatives.
Designed with user safety at its core, the trolley includes four folding, self-locking guards, an extendable head rail, and a flexible waste pipe for hassle-free drainage. The included PVC shower mat is both comfortable and easy to disinfect, meeting stringent infection control standards.
